I have got a new Fairphone 5 because my old fairphone has given up on the fingerprint reader.
Now I want to copy my old phone onto the new one but it is quite frustrating…
How can I copy my esim from my old device to the new one? I do not have a qr code anymore.
On so many other devices you can just transfer them via a Sim manager or so.
I had to call my provider. Couldn’t succeed myself.
hi, I had to send my FP5 for repair and (the second time) they erased all the eSIMs. Bringing them back was the hassle indeed.
For the Polish one, I had to go to the provider customer point (they told me there are some new regulations and they cannot do it over the phone/online even if I had this number registered for myself for years).
For the UK one, I found the QR code in my emails.
