Touchscreen/Phone sometimes lagging when Phone is recharging

When my Fairphone is plugged in for recharging it sometimes, not always happens that the screen won’t react. Does someone have the same problem? If this has been discussed already elsewhere please tell me, I’m new in the Forum.
