Telegram Premium FP6

I receive an error message when trying to purchase Telegram Premium, which I need for translations. This pops up as soon as I hit the button saying I want to buy - before inputting any info: “There was an error during payment confirmation. Playmarket_Purchase_Used” What does this mean? How can I resolve this?

thanks for replying. I noticed your other post on Whatsapp and double checked that it is working on my FP5.

Have you transferred any settings from your previous phone (assuming here it was the pixel you mentioned) or set up the FP6 from scratch?

I wasn’t able to transfer anything from the old phone as it was stolen. I think I’ve figured out the problem with Telegram. Another member kindly Googled the Telegram issue (I don’t know why I didnt think of that!) and it seems I need to contact Google support as it’s most likely a hiccup with the subscription due to changing devices.

Thank you so much for looking into this! I am so embarrassed that I didn’t think to Google it :person_facepalming: Looking at the Google results and the support chat bot I think this is a Google Play Store hiccup with my Telegram Premium subscription
