How do I switch from speaker to headphones on the FP3?
I’ve plugged in the headphones, but the sound is still coming out from the speaker when I play a video.
Do you use a case for your FP3? Most of the time what you describe occurs when the cable is not deep enough in the hole.

Yes, that’s it! It seemed like it was completely in but now I’ve wiggled the case a bit and managed to push the jack further in. It works now, thank you.

The audio jack could become “worn out” if the case applies to much pressure on the plug. I would try to widen the outlet of your case just a little bit to prevent damage to the jack, but before doing so, please remove the case from the phone.
