What are the specific temperatures and durations that you used?
I may happen that the phone is sluggish in the beginning. It may resolve itself. Edit: in the SMARTRONIK video (at timestamp 26:34), the same thing happens to the guy ; the phone freezes (or appear to freeze) when booting. He removes the battery, and there’s a cut : presumably, he let the phone charging for a bit of time before trying again.
If it still doesn’t work, you might indeed want to verify all the connections, it may be that too much pressure when putting everything back did affect other parts.
If you can enter into recovery, you could try to flush the cache before resetting everything, if your goal is to salvage data from the phone.
