Stuck in Fastboot mode

Hey there,
i tried to install calyxos on my fp4. The install went through alright, but the OEM unlock was greyed out in the settings menue, stating that the device is unlocked.
So I entered fastboot mode again and locked the bootloader.

But now i’m stuck in the fastboot mode. Any way I turn on the Phone, it ends up in fastbootmode, and I can’t reach recovery mode either.

atempting fastboot flashing lock results in ‘flashing unlock is not allowed’.

Any help is greatly apreciated. Or did I brick the phone?

Welcome to the Fairphone community.

Bad idea .

I’m afraid, yes:

But probably, someone more skillful with these things can look into your case and find the magic spell.

Welcome

I second that, this doesn’t look good.
Could you check the output of fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability && fastboot oem device-info please

And I’d recommend to #contactsupport as soon as possible, they can take some time to respond.

thank you very much. the output of the command is te following:

(bootloader) get_unlock_ability: 0
OKAY [ 0.002s]
Finished. Total time: 0.003s
(bootloader) Verity mode: true
(bootloader) Device unlocked: false
(bootloader) Device critical unlocked: true
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: false
OKAY [ 0.005s]
Finished. Total time: 0.005s

Nothing we can do here, sorry.

You’ll have to contact support and send your phone in to get repaired.
