Since a few days the step counter of my FP2 counts roughly double steps. It’s really the hardware sensor that’s off, I used a sensor read out app, as well as the Pedometer app, which is supposed to use the hardware sensor exclusively, to verify the wrong measurent. A dfferent app, which appears to be using the accelerometer, continues to deliver more or less accurate numbers.
I can’t recall installing any new apps in that timespan, and the only significant hardware changes in the recent past were a new hardcase and a new battery.
Anyone ever had or heard of a similar problem?
