As in the title screen freezes during startup showing just the green dash. Tried numerous options from the web nothing has worked. Phone is up to date and the only change has been the uploading of the NHS app. (This app works fine on my phone the faulty one is the one used by my partner - Ho Ho!)
Things tried:
Battery removal.
Pushing the three buttons using various options and times.
Threatening it!
Thanks for any ideas.
PS - charging indicator does not display either sometimes during this ‘process’.
