I put in a jack cable, connected to an amplifier, into my phone and afterwards, the speakers and microphones aren’t working. I can’t record a voice message on WA or listen to music. If I play music via Chromecast, it works. But not via bluetooth. It says it can’t setup the recorder. I made the checkup, nothing worked. I also connected the jack to a laptop, it seems that it broke the microphone too.
Can someone help me with this issue?
Thanks a lot!
To which port of an amplifier? If it was a headphone jack, you connected output to output and might have overload one of the outputs, either the phone or the amplifier.
But I don‘t really understand what you connect and why.
I connected the jack output, the same as on standard headphones, to the input on top of the phone.
If it is an overload, is there anything I can try? My batterie dies faster too.
That‘s an output too, you can connect your headphones.
From the distance it is hard to say what‘s broken now. If you are unlucky the sound hardware on the mainboard.
I am not that good at technical stuff, with in and outs.
I figured it could be something with the mainboard, bcause it is not only the top modul that’s not working.
If it is the mainboard, could the phone be repaired?
