Since the latest update, my fp3 makes a sound when I turn it on.
Volume is turned down all the way. Can’t find a switch within sound settings or the system UI to turn it off.

What sound does it make, it it related to vibration ?
My FP3 gives a low short vibe once I hold the power switch for three seconds and that’s it.

No vibration. Just a short sound effect. And not even. When it is turned off completely.
When the screen goes to black (sleeping mode) and I press the on/off button shortly to turn on, the sound also occurs.

You can try starting in safe mode, which disables custom apps:
