i got some major issues with my fp5. No sound is working anymore. Like none.
Restarted phone and apps several times, updated the os and apps, cleared cache and data, did the diagnostics thing, but didn’t hear anything from the melody test. If i try to regulate the sound and i click the three dots under the then appearing volume bar, the whole ui crashes with the ‘no response’-popover.
Then i found a post around here, talking about the ‘safe mode’. Even in the savemode can reliably replicate the issue.
Also if instagram is opened, it first is muted. The video plays silently, but as soon as i try to unmute, the video freezes and the reload arrow appears.
No voicemessages playing from signal. Spotify just crashes. I can’t even reach the home screen. Youtube just does not play any sound. No ringtone playing, nothing during a call with or without speaker. They don’t even hear me during the call.

Native cameraapp is also not working, but in signal, i could take videos and in the diagnosticsthing, i could also use the camera.
I’m atm trying to factory reset, but that is just a hail mary.
Has someone had such a problem and did buying spare parts did the trick?
