Smart Lock seems hit-and-miss in Android 10

Since the update, the Smart Lock seems to work sometimes and not others while I’m at home. I did see that in the map view for the location, I’m near (ish) to the edge of the area because it insists on using a house on a nearby road, rather than where I move the pin to.
Anyone having this, or have any suggestions?

Smart lock using location does not seem to work properly with me neither.
