Hi all,
I’ve had my FP2 over a year and recently everything’s been working very slowly and inconsistently. What should I do to troubleshoot this?
I’ve cleared off excess apps, music, photos etc so there’s plenty of space on there (over 5GB) so it’s not because it’s full.

There was something called Microsoft Launcher on my phone that I wasn’t aware of. After I put the FP2 into Safe Mode to use the diagnostic tools, I rebooted it in standard mode. At that point it asked me whether to use Fairphone Launcher or Microsoft Launcher and I chose Fairphone Launcher, and now it seems to be working fine. Don’t know how or why it got there, but this maybe be useful for others having the same problem…?
