My microphone stopped working weeks ago, ovious fault of the bottom module. Sent in a support request, and after the poor reading skills of the support staff, the immensely slow response times, often over 4 or 5 days, still waiting for an actual action to be taken.
The biggest problem is that if you send a response answer, you haver to wait as long as the first message sent in. It’s inexcusable.
Guys, fix your rubbish support speed, and improve your reading skills!
