My SIM Cards became suddenly locked. Even while I didn’t enter an incorrect PIN. On the top of the screen it tells me to enter the PIN for my SIM Card. But at the bottem it reads, that my SIM Card is locked and service isn’t available.
I already contacted both providers, and they said, that my SIM Card isn’t locked and service should be available.
I already switched my phone on and off and tried both slots with different SIM Cards, but it didn’t help.

What happens, when you enter the PIN? Before you do this, the SIM is locked.

Thanks for your reply. The problem wasn’t the phone. It was the SIM Card, eventhough the provider told me otherwise. Therefore my problem is fixed now.
