SIM 2 is blocked in the slot and does not work

I tried to insert my second SIM in the microSD slot and it does not detect it and I cannot remove it anymore.

The Fairphone 4 is not equipped for two physical SIM cards. It can only take one physical SIM card and a “virtual” one, an “eSIM card” (not hardware). In other words: This cannot work, the SD card slot in the FP4 does not physically fit SIM cards. I’m afraid this will probably need to be repaired, either by Fairphone’s Repair Centre in France or by a local repair shop.
