I can’t stand this notification anymore, it pops literally every 20 minutes on my phone…
At least give us the possibility to disable such system notification forever…
I’m serious thinking about changing my fp5 for another device just because I’m tired of seeing and deleting this annoying notification everytime I see it…
Yeah but here’s the thing : if I want a notification gone on MY phone that I own, I should be able to make it gone.
I don’t want to have any notifications left on my bar or notifications center.
I understand it’s and Android problem at the source, but fairphone devs should have enabled the ability to suppress any notifications even the system ones.
I own the phone. I should decide what notifications I get and what I don’t get.
Just like the update notifications that pop up every morning.
I don’t want them. And regarding the poor work done for A15 update, I don’t want to do any updates anymore.
Especially when we don’t have the physical ability to rollback.
I wish I could rollback to A14…
Sorry if I feel enraged, but that’s literally the case. I have a device that I can’t entirely control and it’s infuriating.
Those issues may be looking like small ones, but it catch my whole mind around it and the pressure is building up.
I’m experiencing the same persistent notification on my updated FP5. It seems to appear whenever the phone’s connection changes—such as toggling Airplane mode on/off or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Has anyone found a fix for this?
Of course there’s a fix : what the fairphone devs should have done a long time ago : allow the user to disable notifications for every process, even the system ones.
It’s as simple and could be solved in a future update.
2 months after and still no changes. This is really infuriating…
