Several issues on my new gen6

Several issues andere things I cannot find on my new gen6

  • Registration, I had tot log in on my fp account, after that I lost track. How do I register my phone
  • I cannot find the colour on my invoice, but I am pretty dure i didnot order white, I saw another user having send the wrong colour, does thuis happens more often?
  • I cannot find unlock by pattern?
  • Andere neither placing my apps free on my home screen, they are ordend in a vast raster
  • The biggest desillusion was not being able to migrate easily from my fp 3 to gen6 murena. Thuis is NOT communicated honestly!!!

My invoice for FP5 included colour, see it attached. I cannot say for FP6. If you’re unhappy with the colour, I guess you can return the phone during the cool-off period.

I guess you mean registering you warranty.

If you cannot access your webshop account, I would assume you need to report the forgotten password.

The other questions seem to refer to e/OS, I think their forum might be a good starting point.

And yes I could return my phone …. My old P died, it ‘ll probably take several days……

and ……. no, the colour isn’t added on the invoice! So how can I return the phone now? (first I thought, the colour wasn’t important, but now I realise the white one will get ugly and dirty…… Would love to send it back

Provided you have purchased your device within last 14 days, you have the right to return it.

Apart from the invoice I was able to find information about the colour in some of my emails. Btw what you shared does not look like a proper invoice document, more like shopping confirmation.

On a final note, while we heard on the forum complaints about the white case changing colours, I don’t recall a similar claim made about the actual device. You could also consider getting a case.
