When i use headset i can only hear with both ears in a very specific position of the plug. This is getting worse with time. Anything to do? Is the headset entry piece exchangeable?
First check with a different headset to make sure it’s not the headset’s fault.
Then contact support. If they don’t consider it damaged due to careless useage they might give you a free replacement. Otherwise you’ll have to buy a new top module for 25,50€.
