I bought a SD card to store photos recently. It worked fine to start with. Then it changed back to Camera storage. Later on my camera showed up four storage labels including SD card. I tried deleting one to no effect. I have my camera settings at SD card and there are now two photo albums labeled Camera.
I cannot download using USB cable.
Any suggestions?
What do you want to achieve? 
I never use an USB cable since I downloaded the Airdroid App some years ago: it connects my FP1 via local wifi network to my computer and I can download, upload and organise files, whatever, also to the SDcard. See https://www.airdroid.com/ for details.
