My screen turns black when I make or re ceive a phone call or chat on messenger. When I get an incomming call too. The screen doesn’t react, can’t use speaker or end the call. I have to take my battery out and restart to get screen again…

Are you running the latest version of the operating system, FP OS 17.05.2? If not, please upgrade to that version and run the proximity sensor calibration tool in Settings -> Maintenance.
