Screen digitizer stopping when charging

when i charge the phone, the screen stops working. i can toggle it off and on again, but after a few seconds it stops again.
this only happens when its plugged in.
i see this happening since the last (.81) update

This is a known charging-equipment related issue.

Test all the chargers and cables you have and if no combination works get a charger from the community list (or the Fairphone shop) and a high quality USB data cable. Once you found a charger/cable-combination that works make sure to treat them well.
