Ringtone is on highest volume, but hardly audible

OK, I was brave and did it. It went smooth. Even contacts stayed available without external backup. All apps seem ok.
The only issue I noticed: The dual ringtone option in sub settings seem to have been deleted completely.
Anybody an idea how to work around the dual ringtone option?

For me, the high volume of in-call audio get on my nerves: It can be adjusted from very loud to extra loud, but I couldn’t find an option to set it to soft volume or even “normal” volume…
