I have a Fairphone 2 with transparent cover. After opening it a few times to change SIM the rubber band that keeps the phone together has become so loose that it hangs in big bends in places around the phone. I have not been able to find that rubber band as a spare part. Is it available somewhere? How to get one?
Your case most likely qualifies for a warranty replacement. However, as Fairphone has discontinued the “Regular Case”, the replacement will be a “Slim Case”. Please contact Fairphone Support.
