Hello, after installing the Spiderman app o my FP3+ i would need a display.
The display as spare part is out of stock and service can be only conetacted between13:00 - 13:00 on days without “W” in full moon when the year can be devided by 28. in addition several irrelevant informations for my problem (e. g. date of birth of my first born and IMEI are required to contact FP support by “e-mail” (not sure if FP knows what e-mail is…) .
So it seems nearly impossible to ask if this part will be available again.
So if anybody has a FP3 with working display please let me know the price and shipment cost to germany!

P.S. we have several FP3 in the family, but support and spare part availablity now ensures that next phones will be a different brand!
Yes, the display for the Fairphone 3 is no longer sold. Edit I was mistaken. It’s at the moment out of stock.
But your comment on support isn’t correct.
At the website it says that the Live Chat has the following business hours:
Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri: 10:00-13:00

I have contacted them last Friday and today.
So from my own experience I can say they are very helpful on the chat. And my problem is solved.
I often get my spare parts via iFixit but they seem to be out of stock at the moment as well… but you can always request to get notified as soon as they have new parts.
yes, my comment about support availablility was a bit overcritical. But i am quite busy and managed it 3 times to miss the time slots when support is aviailable.
Sorry, but i think 4 days a week 10:00 - 13:00 are not reasonable support times for such a product!
Most people will have to work at this time… so how to contact support? taking one day of vacation?
Also the option to submit a request by “e-mail” only opens a webform, but does not allow to send an e-mail. I could not send a request there, as the EMEI was requested, and I do not have the phone at hand. For my question to buy a replacement display this is not required, but hindered me to send an “e-mail”
All of this is only to avoid any customer contact!
I am happy to support FP for various reasons and I understand that FP is not a huge company like Samsung or google, but if i can not even contact support to buy a spare part with reasonable effort i will not buy another FP (after 3 that we have already in the family).
But now i am in the right time window, so i will try again to start a live chat and ask about the availability of the Display.
Request to be notified when the part is available is nice… but the display is really bad borken (still works). If i have no idea when to expect a new display or have to wait for 2 weeks i need to find another solution (maybe buy a new phone)
BTW, sorry, that i opened two threads, but looking to the responses in with “Market/search” i did not expect any feedback here, so i opened the one under general discussion in parallel.
I made it to contact support by chat (was too early at above post).
Support was really friendly, but could not really help…
FP expects the display to be available in the future, but can not really tell when.
Hope is in less then 2 month, but no official schedule available so far…
Maybe i try to buy a used FP3+ on ebay (would a FP3 display also work?)
I also contacted cordon. they seem to be the official FP repaircenter and can repair the broken display… so they have some on stock…
Still… if anybody has a broken FP3 … i am still looking for a display …
They dont sell spare parts. Repair and contact must go through FP support. Does the display work still? If yes I would place a screen protector on it and wait for the Disapays to the be backnin stock and yes there is only 1 display for Fp3(+)
If you are really considering buying a new phone. The FP4 is on sale right now (300€). Apart from that I’m also looking for another spare FP3 but it seems in my price range (100€) there aren’t any. So good luck to you…
That being said, feel free to contact me when you’re thinking about selling your FP3. I’m in no hurry though.

As mentioned the display is broken and i also wanted to exchange the bottom module as loading the battery is also “strange” .
