Repairing the USB connector / socket

For those that are interested I succeed in repairing the USB connector.
After an accidental fall with the charger plugged in the USB connector was not charging anymore. In that precise moment I remembered that the USB connector was indicated as one on the potential weakness of the FP1. It was true .

I hope my reply can help you even if your post is a bit old now! It happens the same to me. The USB connector did not work anymore and it charged only in that position.
