i recently received the new cover for my FF 2 (this one is in two parts, back and front). But i can’t remove it because it’s much harder than this one version of the cover.
is there a tutorial about this?

Well there is this video which shows how it’s done very quickly, but it may make it seem easier than it is - especially the first time(s).
You can use something like a plectron or a credit-card-alike (make sure not to scratch off any chips) to help open a gap between the two parts and/or to keep it open at one side of the phone while you work on the next one.
