Did you try different browsers?
Maybe you use a PC/notebook to register your extended warranty (I think at least that you want register this).

Just to say me2. Just received my FP5, and the button to select the invoice file did not work. Had to register on the desktop web.
PS: I have firefox as my default FP5 browser, but, being an app, it should make no difference.
