Hi,
I sent my old fairphone back, and received an e-mail confirming that I would get a 105€ gift card.
However, this has been three weeks and I haven’t heard since, despite several reminders I sent.

I’m waiting fort this gift card to buy protection for the new FP6 I bought, so this is really annoying.

Has anyone else experienced this delay?
Any ideas how I can get a response from FP?

If there is nothing in a spam folder as @urs_lesse suggested, I would recommend using the online chat to contact FP (10-12 weekdays, Amsterdam time).
