Quiet microphone

My FP2 microphone works fine on calls. However, when i have the phone on speakerphone the speaker works, but I am very quiet to the person I am speaking to. Any help would be much appreciated :slight_smile: Thanks!

This would suggest that your FP2 might suffer from an issue with the secondary microphone (in the top module) and not with the primary microphone (in the bottom module). You can test all these components with Settings > Maintenance > Checkup to verify or falsify this.

Thanks :slight_smile: Secondary microphone is working, but fairly quiet… not sure if this is a general problem with the phone or the microphone isn’t working properly?
