in release day i bought an FP6 with e/OS. Payed by CC, used CorporateBenefits Account and Keep Points. Since then it has the status “locked” (in German: gesperrt) - Trier to contact support via insta, Support Form and live chat. No answer till no w, live chat didnt work.
Is anyone experiencing the same thing as me? Is the solution to wait or does it need a support contact to get fixed?
My FP4 display is broken and I hoped to get the FP6 before holiday.: D

Most of my recent purchases have the same status - locked, yet they have been completed and successfully delivered, so I would ignore it as an unfortunate wording.
When clicking on the order though, you should be able to see more information on the delivery. You should also receive a confirmation email.
Finally, currently e/OS version of FP6 has the delivery time of 2-3 weeks. What was it when you ordered?
Thanks to all replies, now I got the official answer which is the exact same, but if anyone has the same question and is confused of the wording “gesperrt”:
As I can see on the [website]the delivery promise for the Fairphone (Gen.6) e/OS Murena is 1-2 weeks. Therefore, the parcel was not shipped yet, and has and pending/locked status. The status is expected to change as soon as we pass the information to the warehouse.
