My phone doesn’t connect inside anymore so my phone doesn’t work. Is there any solution to have the different connecting parts togethrer?
Could you please elaborate that a little bit more detailed? Which phone doesn‘t connect to what anymore?

My phone fell in the snow, turned off and couldn’t start again.I opened to clean it and it seems like one of the two parts connecting to start the phone got lower than the other. They don’t touch anymore…
Which Fairphone do you have? Still the FP3?

I must have made a mistake concerning the one part but still I have cleaned my phone with a window cleaner product and assembled it again but stil no activity… I read that some people put it in the oven but I am a bit scared of that honestly…I don’t know what to do anymore…It’s still dark. It just vibrates at the beginning …If you can help me, I would so appreciate…
