I’ve had my FP3 for 2 years now and I’ve never had any major problems, but for the last few days it’s been very slow and not very responsive: apps, messages, calls don’t open or only open after a long time, an “app. not responding” message appears,…
I don’t have many apps or games, I have deactivated or uninstalled those I don’t need and the memory is only half full.
Can you help me to solve this problem?

Since it’s not mentioned … have you rebooted the phone yet?

No, I Haven’t, could it work ?
It’s a computer, rebooting it might fix stuff.
And even if it doesn’t, that’s one box checked in troubleshooting already, and it helps assessing further steps.
Make sure you remember your SIM card PIN and your lock screen PIN/password/pattern (if set up) for when the phone prompts for them after the reboot.
