Problem with downloading apps

Every time that I try to download an App, my phone gives an error (nr 941). If I try it again, it works without problems… How can I fix this?

I find this solution error code 941.

A quick search seems to suggest it’s a problem related to cache; the suggestion being to clear cache in both Play Store and Download Manager and see if that helps. I can’t vouch for the solution but a lot of the top search results pertain to cache, so hope it helps :smile:
