Problem with data

With my fairphone 4 my datas don’t work well. Sometimes it’s working and then no… Without reason .

Any ideas?

I assume you are referring to your mobile data.

Have you gone through the Fairphone troubleshoot?

Also what is your data provider?

Do you have two SIMs?
Does the mobile data connection work better in some areas?
How long have you

  • had the phone
  • been using your current provider
  • been using your phone in current areas
  • been experiencing your current problems
  • been using current SIM or eSIM (which)
