Since a week or two I can’t transfer pictures from my phone to my computer anymore.
What I do: I connect my phone to my computer with USB. Then I go to ‘my computer’ -> ‘FP1’ -> ‘DCIM’ -> ‘Camera’. At that moment, the pictures start loading. I can select pictures, but when I click on the selection, the program doesn’t react anymore. So I can’t cut and paste the pictures to my computer.
What can be the problem? How can I solve this?
Have you tried rebooting your phone (after unplugging it), and plugging it back in?
