Hey Fairphoners,
since a few months my Primary Microphone does not work anymore. A second time. Last time I wrote to the support very quickly and got a new Bottom Module.
Now I have been waited for quite a long time and tried to fix the issue myself a few times. I am able to temporary solve the issue by pressing the display (behind the āEā of FAIRPHONE) together with the case (the new one, not the bumper).
It would be great, if anyone of you have a workaround for this, otherwise a have to contact the support to probably sending me an new Bottom Module.

Please try the following unscrew the bottom module, clean the contacts with at least 96% alcohol and screw the bottom module back.
