Can anyone please check the detected pixel density/physical screen size of the Fairphone models on Andoird? I’m mainly interested with Fairphone 4 and 5. Not sure how to check this on Android but I’m sure there’s an app for this?
I’m asking this because I’m using Ubuntu Touch and the Fairphone 5 is detected to have almost 10” of screen. While the Fairphone 4 is a lot more accurate but it’s still 1/8 inch higher than it should be when displaying a 1x1 inch square.
Based on the developer’s investigation, it seems like something on the Android side (Ubuntu Touch use Android parts for drivers and such). Now I wonder why it seems like Fairphone models always have inaccurate pixel density. I even saw this thread about the FP2 ![]()
I checked 2 other devices and they basically have exact measurements.
Thank you!
