Phones keeps rebooting on its own

Hi everyone,

I bought fairphone 6 a couple of months backs. And since a few weeks I started having issues with the bluetooth and wifi. They both started shutting down and I needed to reset them in and restart my phone to be able to turn them on again. This happened more and more but now when they shut down the phone freezes and reboots itself. This has become really problematic and I have tried to get into contact with customer support, but they have been more friendly than helpful. Since two days the phone reboots without warning, even during calls. I really hope someone can help me resolve this because the phone is unusable as it stands.

It would be good to know what support said and what you tried already.

This sounds exactly like the problem with my previous phone, which rapidly got worse until it was impossible to use because it got stuck in a boot loop.

If you haven’t already, backup all data from the phone as soon as possible!
