Phone Calle Not possible

I am in greece on holydays. I can recieve and send sms Nut when i try to do a Phone Call i get the Message “Network Not available”.
I already checked the settings the Sim-card in another Phone and it worked. So something ist wrong with the Phone.
I have already checked the settings but did Not find anything wrong.
Dos anyone hast an Idea

Which settings did you check? You need VoLTE maybe enabled and test with 5G disabled.
