Order damaged in transit by courier and disposed of

Hi all, ordered a soft case for my FP4 (lots of money, so wanted to protect it), however it appears to have been damaged in transit, ended up in the USA (I live in the UK), disposed of by UPS. So currently I’m case-less and 52 euros out of pocket.
Has anyone else had this problem and does Fairphone monitor this forum ? I have filled in the contact form (twice).
p.s I love my FP4

Well, Fairphone played a blinder and replaced the lost/damaged item really quickly. I now have a nice new FP4 case. Well chuffed, cheers Fairphone.
