My fairphone 5 is not charging anymore.
I changed battery, USB port nothing worked.
I event changed the loud speacker part if this could come from here for any reason.
Nothing worked.
As anyone already experienced this ?
How can i solve it ?
Bonus question ; if i buy a new phone i wont be able to cable both to transfert android data.
Is copying the file from phone to SD card, then SD card to new phone enough ??

Did you test your cable, your charger?
Did you double check that the connector is well connected?
I used 3 cables 2 power source and a portable battery.
I heard the cliping sound from the usb connector when i changed it the two time.
My FP5 recently stopped charging as well.
I had a spare battery so I backed it everything (mainly to the cloud but also used syncthing app for pictures).
The whole repair took a week and Cordon said the connector was displaced. I wanted to verify with them some details before posting here the whole thing but perhaps even this partial experience could be of some help.
