No response customer care - Trying to return brand new phone. HELP

All I want is a return label, I contacted their support over 24hours ago.

No phone support, no chat support…

Their website is atrocious, attempted to amend my address, every time you click the postcode field the form redirects to make me sign-up to their newsletter.

Arghhhh

If anyone knows how to get in touch with them please help me.

When you contacted them in time to inform them about your request to return and you got the automatic reply with ticket number, you have done what you need. Else you can just wait or see of you can get hold of them during online chat hours

Thanks, it’s just bizarre to wait for a return label.

Rather than including it or having an ability to generate one…

I have a small timeframe to return it.

Its sufficient to tell them you want go return, no need to actually have it returned during that time

This shows how service should not be. One day FP will die because of bad customer service.

Probably because Fairphone doesn’t handle their support directly, they subcontract it to Zendesk (Wikipedia link), so it does take some more time since it has to go through both channels.
But as already stated, you’re covered even if they take a month or two, what counts is the date you filed your ticket. Keep that ticket number, that’s your proof!
