No news from my returned FP3

My brand new FP3 has been working for a couple of hours and then the backlight of the screen did not work any more. After some mailing with the support team, I’ve returned my phone via UPS.
Since then (one month ago) I got absolutely no news.
Some other people in the community experimented such frustrating experiences ?
What can I do to get my device back ?

This is a community forum and not intended to get in touch with Fairphone support. Please get in touch with them by mail as you have already done so before or by phone, the number may have been given to you after opening the support request.
