The last month(?) a new problem has occurred on my Fairphone 2. Often when I try to load “all apps” no apps are shown. I then always go out of “all apps” and back, and then I (almost always) can see all my apps. What could be the reason for this irritating bug? 
Have you tried to clear cache? (Settings->Storage->cached data)

The problem came back today. Any other advice? 
It also make the four favorites disappear - often until I open them again, sometimes permanent so that I have to edit them again.
