New, severe security problems in Android (FP1 and FP2 probably affected)

Hi,

just to let all people know who might have missed the news: There is a number of severe security issues which probably affect FP1 and FP2 for which Google has released source code patches (and binaries for nexus devices only):

(…) The most severe of these issues is a Critical security vulnerability that could
enable remote code execution on an affected device through multiple methods
such as email, web browsing, and MMS when processing media files.

Please take additional care when using your device until the issues get fixed on the FPs as well. I highly recommend to disable receiving of MMS at all if you don’t use this feature.
