Hi, got an new fairphone3 . after setting the SIM card it ask for the SIM number, ok so far.
Than it ask again for an number, which one,. Tried everything. Did not lezt me in ?

can some one help me ?

Wahrscheinlich hast Du eine Bildschirmsperre bzw. Verschlüsselung konfiguriert. Den PIN, um das Gerät zu entsperren, weiß nur derjenige, der die Sperre eingerichtet hat.

English: You probably configured a screen lock or encryption. Only the person who set up the lock knows the PIN to unlock the device.
