I cannot get my navmii app running on the fp2. I noticed there have been problems with navmii & fp1. Could anyone provide me with ideas for fixing this bug?

Sounds like the Privacy Impact bug.
Did you already try this workaround?
Re-enable Privacy Impact by unticking the option found at: Settings > Sound & Notifications > Privacy Impact

Did you disable any Google services?
