When I open the mySwica app it is stuck on the initial start up screen. Does someone know what the issue is and how I can fix it?

Yes, but to perhaps help other users finding this later, was this Fairphone’s Android OS or was it Murena’s /e/OS?
Apparently this issue with the infinite loading on the splash screen is known according to the public issue tracker and was fixed with the update FP6.QREL.16.111 and in fact, after the update the mySwica app works.
