My phone screen freezes or doesn’t respond sometimes

Hi everyone, My name is Soumitra Dutta, an Oxford-based entrepreneur & photographer, my Fairphone screen sometimes freezes or doesn’t respond. Has anyone experienced this? What helped you fix it?

Experiencing the same issue on my new fairphone 6 (running e/os). It typically occurs when I’m scrolling for a while, with the screen eventually (but not always) freezing for some seconds.

Hi, welcome to the forum. What conditions are you experiencing the freezes in? Is it usually after unlocking the phone or while using it? Does a lock-unlock make the issue go away?
